Our Mission

Daniel E. Highland, LVN

Daniel boasts an impressive track record of integrating large mainstream healthcare organizations into cohesive regional and national healthcare delivery systems. He is particularly recognized and has been awarded for effectively integrating geographically separated medical facilities, implementing system-wide Electronic Health Record solutions, and designing electronic healthcare workflows and interfacing solutions that prioritize both clinician and patient needs.

One of Daniel’s greatest strengths is his ability to deliver services to patients located in geographically isolated areas, in addition to standard healthcare services. He adeptly manages the analysis of business processes to devise and enhance healthcare delivery models that support individuals residing in healthcare deserts. He has a strong background in the design and deployment of mobile medical clinics (MMC) to be used in the most austere locations for the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. He works collaboratively with other senior organizational leaders to create comprehensive transition plans aimed at improving healthcare delivery and integrating technology advancements, ensuring a seamless progression from strategic planning to operational implementation.

Daniel has served our country for 16 years in the United States Navy as a Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman (SARC), as well as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. He holds an MBA with a secondary specialty in Healthcare Administration and a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Currently, he is an active Licensed Practical Nurse and is working to transition his license to that of a Nurse Practitioner.
